We hope you are all enjoying the fabulous weather.

Firstly, we would like to thank everyone that called in on our Open Day last Friday.  It was lovely to meet you all and we look forward to seeing you all soon on the courses you signed up for.

Also, we welcomed back a number of past students who participated on our full time course last year to receive their QQI Level 5 Information Processing Certificates. A very well done to each and every one of you. The huge effort that you all put in was worth it. It was also great to have a catch up and find out where the course had led you. Some exciting opportunities lie ahead.

Last but not least, a massive thank you to MSLETB for coming along. Your continued support is very much appreciated.
Current Course Updates

Our full time Level 5 course has just finished their Web Design module last week and I think it’s safe to say we have a number of learners with a great flair for design.
The learners have just started the Spreadsheets module and after that they will be going out on work experience for a few weeks so if anyone is interested in taking on one of our learners for work placement please give us a call. They end is in sight now and again, each and every one of them has given it their all.

Our Level 4 group are almost finished for the Summer, during which time they will also complete the work experience element of the course. They will be returning in September to complete their final module, Mathematics and they are all excited to see what that involves. Our aim is to bring Maths into real life situations and use it to help solve everyday problems and make daily decisions and some fun along the way.

Upcoming Courses

We are currently recruiting for our Autumn courses.
Our full time QQI Level 5 course will start in October and is a great opportunity for anyone considering re-entering the workplace or changing career, those thinking of third level or those just wanting to challenge themselves and learn something new. The course is open to anyone over 16 years and training allowances are available.
Our Level 3 and Level 4 computer courses are filling up fast so please call immediately to secure your place. These are both part-time courses and run 4 mornings per week.
Other courses running over the next couple of months will include Level 5 in Design Skills and Digital Fabrication, Level 5 Manual and Computerised Bookkeeping and Payroll, Navigating Modern Living, Digital Photography and a Short Introduction to Computers for Beginners.
